Private Duty Services

South Haven Private Duty is a specialized home healthcare service provided through South Haven Health System. While traditional home health care must be ordered by a physician and is generally limited to clinical services, Private Duty Service allows for a much wider range of services. Once you have decided to use our services, a customized care plan, based on your needs, will be established for you by an RN. All of our aides/homemakers providing care are supervised by an RN.

This service is not covered by insurance or Medicare, and is paid for directly by clients.

Private Duty Service is fully-accredited by The Joint Commission.

Also available from the Home Health Services is a LIFELINE Personal Response System. The LIFELINE System provides the security and independence you need to help you live in your own home. Telephone, pendant and wrist-band systems are available to summons help when needed.
