Construction began in early 2007 and was completed in November, 2007. The Center provides a new location for all physical, occupational and speech therapy services, as well as orthopedic, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, and a variety of additional educational and health-related programs.  This new facility also features an aquatics center complete with a warm water therapy pool. The orthopedic surgery office, South Haven Orthopedics, as well as the Shoreline Occupational Medicine office, has been relocated to this Center.

In addition to the medically-based rehabilitation programs, the public will be able to access the equipment and many staff trainers and therapists through memberships to the Center.
